You should only use this service if you can guarantee you won't get sick. The tight, close quarters requires 24/7 cleaning service, especially to prevent the spread of infection. The cruise and "freshen up" guests coming in and out, add another dimension of hygienic issues.
The staff itself tries their best, they were polite and mostly professional, but it's not the staff, it's the concept. I stayed in one in Japan, but it was designed differently and, 100 times cleaner..The public spaces, especially the kitchen and fridge need constant tending.
