The bed was so comfortable. The shower is not the greatest, low water pressure. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast area has a lot of birds.

The room was in good condition, however the 10th floor smelled like sewage every time we came off the elevator. Also the construction made it so we could not have a relaxing day in our room. We had to leave to have quiet because the sound give us all headaches.

Amenities did not go well. They did not explain the benefits of resort fee. They told me I had $5 to spend so I did and then it never came off because they failed to tell me I cannot use it the day of check out. They never gave me the other stuff that was included, I had to ask. Valet was terrible. We had to wait an extensive amount of time for our car. We were late for a pre-planned activity I had ttime tickets for. I would never stay there again. for our car each time.

Good staff. Beach view was a small space between two buildings. We paid more for this room and it was misleading that we could enjoy a view of the beach. Had to contend with the birds flying on tables while eating breakfast

very friendly staff. very accommodating. everyone was so nice and helpful. our room was always cleaned. unfortunately i have a negative comment, the elevator. it needed update it was so slow so we ended up not really using it. stairs was our exercise every after heavy good breakfast they served.
