I like how helpful the staff was even before arriving, i had questions and the communication was good, they were very understanding and someone is always there, our flight was delay for 3 hours and check in was easy and fast, I mentioned that I wanted to upgrade to an ocean view and when it became available they contacted me right away, and the view was beautiful, even though the hotel is not right in front of the ocean, the view was still very nice. The things i liked less, the car entrance is a little small but they do offer valet parking at an extra charge, the other thing will be the elevator it took too long sometimes, i do understand that it comes with being at the top to see the ocean view but still it felt too long specially at peak times like breakfast but they do warn you about it so that you can make sure to have enough time, breakfast was good, but i guess I was hoping for a more exotic breakfast maybe. Overall my family enjoyed our time at this Hotel, they offer beach towels, chairs and the bodyboards which the kids liked, so I'm very happy with the experience the friendly and helpful staff really makes a difference, so in behalf of our family thank you, we loved our stayed and we would definitely return someday. For a crowded area, the service was very good! The breakfasts were difficult to manage, so many people! Sometimes we had difficulty finding a table. The staff kept going and cleaning tables, refilling, and doing their best, but wow! So crowded! The trick is to get there at 6:30am!

Pick up for all are tours was right accross street. Beach,shopping, and restaurants easy walking. 5 minutes you can be at either. It was great they offered breakfast but it needs to be hotter. It was barely lukewarm and sometimes some was cold.

The staff were very helpful. Excellent customer service and always with a smile. The breakfast was substantial and better than expected. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had all the basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, soft thick towels).
