When booking you should say that their is a $250 security deposit and clarify it cause I personally thought that when you put the down payment for the first day your all booked but showed up and had to pay an extra $250

Absolutely adored our room. We looked right out over the marina. Easy walk to the busy part of Waikiki. Beautiful beach within seconds. Perfect for watching sunsets. Bar and restaurant staff at the Grille are great. Great balcony.

The location on Waikiki is very convenient. We walked the beach every day and used Uber/Lyft to go far. The patio restaurant food is really bad. Stay out of it for food but drinks are OK.

Fine, but definitely not a Luxury experience

It was fine, but definitely not a luxury experience. Having to present cards to the front desk to get towels for the pool made it seem very cheap. Also, having to present printout receipts to get a couple bottles of water seemed cheap rather than a "luxury" as in the name experience.

The 2-bedroom suite was amazing. We went on this vacation with friends so all six of us were able to stay together. The room was spacious and was able to eat meals together. Kitchen was perfect with all the needed items like dishes, utensils, and even a blender. The view was amazing even with partial ocean view. Highly recommended for big family or group of friends. Sleep 6 (shared bed) one tub, one shower bathrooms, 2 big comfy beds and one sofa bed. I believe laundry in every floor but not sure…there was one on my floor. Dave’s ice cream was an added bonus!

The room, staff and service was great. Just a couple of issues: housekeeping missed a few things being replaced like dish cloths towels a dish soaps, the AC didn't cool the room below 74 F, 24 C even after we called and engineering came by, the TV needede a reset and the stove controls labels were worn off quite a bit.
