Beautiful property, conveniently located. Rooms are nice & spacious, clean. Nice views. Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Although the food wasn’t the greatest at the ground level restaurant, the staff there are great!

This place is great because you are in Waikiki but not close to the touristy parts where its too crowded but its walkable to that side. The only downside was housekeeping does NOT do a good job cleaning. The toilet handle area on the white part of the toilet had brown stains on it. Even the next day when housekeeping came it still wasnt cleaned. I had to take a cloth and clean it myself. So disgusting cleaning the last persons stains who stayed there before us. Otherwise, this hotel overall was great and the views were amazing. Will stay again and hope the rooms are cleaner. Suggestion would be to bring cleaning supplies to reclean common areas

They are in the middle of repairing their escalator so that was inconvenient. Valet parking takes long time to retrieve your car sometimes. In front of the hotel is a bus stop so always busy. They gave out free ice cream and water on a dailt basis. That was good. Overall, we were happy

Beautiful view depending on what you get very friendly staff. First time in Hawaii amazing location with amazing people would definitely recommend this place next to Lagoon convenient location next to Café and ice cream shop and a restaurant downstairs. Also, it convenient store. Right across it was the ABC. Great for wheelchair as well. Rooms are very clean. Had a little kitchen to cook, breakfast or lunch or dinner laundry nearby, which was a plus beautiful views from the balcony thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable and being For being so accommodating.

The beds were terrible, very hard and could feel every spring. The elevators were hot and the escalator was broken at the entrance. Valets were rude and grouchy.

Very Friendly Staff! The room was clean and a staff member came to drop off extra sheets! My issue was that the bed was a little firm, but the sofa bed was comfortable. Good size room for a small family. Kitchen was decent and the 2 barstools are a nice feature for the kids to watch the adults cook. There are shops and an ice cream parlor on the bottom floor which was really nice! There is valet parking which is nice but I would rather get my own vehicle. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

The location is great and also the staff is super friendly and welcoming. However the room I was staying in was sold as renovated, but it wasn’t and it didn’t look like the pictures at all. The WiFi only works in the room. I feel like for what the hotel states that was too expensive. The elevators scared me they made weird noises and flashed a lot
The kitchen looks completely different on the Expedia pictures and way bigger
