I have stayed here twice. Both times have been an amazing experience. Great amenities and service. Staff is so friendly and have amazing positive attitudes. The view of the beach is also a huge plus.

Little bit disappointed for 1st stay in Honolulu. Not friendly staffs from vallet to front desk. Front desk was unable to find my booking. She took long time + holding my phone to look for my booking. I was asking for her help or manager could help since we just got off from long flight. She didn’t seem sympathy. The location was perfect for us. We loved the walk ability to the beach and dining. The daily water and ice cream were a great perk. We also enjoyed the pools with food and drink service. Our ocean front view was great and we could see the Hilton luau from our room. Another perk was the daily paper and the cafe for coffee. Definitely would stay again. Front staff was great too. Not one complaint.
