**Notice of Exterior Wall and Balcony Repair Work
Exterior wall and balcony repair work will be conducted on the building. Please be aware of the following details before making a reservation.
Construction Period:
From October 27, 2025, for approximately 6 to 12 months (subject to change)
Work Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding weekends and holidays)
Work Method:
A gondola-type suspended scaffold will be used for exterior wall work, which may involve grinding, vibration, and other construction noise.
Balcony Access:
Balconies in work areas will be closed for safety reasons during the construction period.
Pool Closure:
For safety reasons, the pool will be closed during the construction period and will remain inaccessible until all work is completed.
