Great spot in Waikiki

Great new hotel... not too pushy with the time share offer, which was a welcome relief, very helpful and attentive staff, and best feature of all was the toilets (youll see what I mean if you stay here!). Fantastic pool and facilities on the 8th floor, and a perfect place to watch the Friday fireworks. Great central location, close to shop and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

Brand new hotel with great amenities. We were a group of 6 staying in the double bed suite and we felt quite comfortable! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved the rooftop pool and lounge.

Our stay at the Marriott Vacation Club in Waikiki, Hawaii, was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Hawaiian hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire trip. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and provided stunning views of the ocean and city. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The resort's amenities, from the pool to the fitness center, were top-notch, making it easy for our family to relax and enjoy every moment. We were also blown away by the local food and the friendliness of everyone we met. Mahalo to the Marriott team for making our stay unforgettable! We can't wait to return.

コンロなしのコンドミニアムです

コンドミニアムの利用目的は料理なのに、コンロがないコンドミニアムは初めてで驚きました。食洗機、ディスポーザー、大きな冷蔵庫は何のためにあるのか不思議です。なので次回の宿泊はもうありません。また旅行中はほぼカード利用で、チップ用に１、５ドルを用意していますが、不足した場合フロントで両替をしてもらう事もあります。ところがこのホテルでは両替を行なっていないとの事。今まで数十回ハワイに行っていますが初めての事で大変驚きました。最終日、手元に残っていた１ドル札は２ドルのみ。出発当日の早朝、チップのために不必要な物を買う必要はないと思い、今時ピローチップ２ドルは安すぎるのは承知の上で、申し訳ないですが２ドル置いて帰ってきました。シャワーの水圧は低いです。水不足もあり、新規オープンの場合水量を少なくしていると聞いた事もあるので、仕方ないのかもしれません。我慢できる範囲です。お部屋には一切の説明書がありません。通常はTVやWifiの利用方法など必ず用意してあるのでこれにも驚きました。フロントに電話しても、炊飯器の使い方（他のコンドで見たことがない炊飯器）TVの視聴方法もまるでわかっていません。新しいホテルとはいえ、あまりにもスタッフ教育が不足しています。良かった点は、当たり前ですが新しいという事。ベルボーイの大柄なオジ様はとても感じが良かったです。多くは改善できる事だと思いますが、今更コンロ設置は無理ではないかと？大変残念です。
