This unique Hawaiian unit has been tastefully decorated with a tropical and modern flair, and with your comfort in mind. The studio comfortably accommodates two people with a California King bed.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, the unit is just 2 min walk from Waikiki's beach and is surrounded by world class dinning, shopping and activities. You will watch free hula shows on Kuhio beach, snorkel around colorful fish and enjoy the tropical breezes from your lanai.

We have two other gorgeous studios in the same building.

The floor-to-ceiling window spans the entire side of the room, offering breathtaking views of the ocean to the left, mountains to the right, and the city straight ahead. When opened, the space transforms into a lanai, inviting in the refreshing trade winds.

We had a wonderful stay in this ocean view studio. Hotel is only 2 1/2 short blocks away from the beach. The room was perfect size for me and my husband and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t stay in the room much durning the day so the city noise didn’t bother us much. They are building a new hotel a half a block away but that is something the host couldn’t do anything about. We went to the roof a few times. We played some bean bag toss and also tried out the hot tub. We did not go in the pool because we decided we wanted to swim in the ocean instead of the pool. It looked like it was a great pool and we saw other guest using the pool. The lobby was very clean and they had a dispenser in the lobby with ice cold lemon water. Was a nice treat after a hot sunny day walking around. There are several wonderful restaurants literally right across the street from the hotel. Maguro Spot Which had wonderfully fresh poke salads and ME BAR-B-QUE which had very good food with big portions. We went on two tours that picked us up at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa which is only a block and a half away. There were so many abc stores in downtown Waikiki. You literally pass 2 of then on your walk to the beach. They do have coin operated laundry machines on the third floor and you can get change from the lobby desk. This is a private unit so they don’t clean the towels. We had to wash some of our clothes so we washed the towels with our clothes.

The suite was very inviting and had many amenities for beach going! the location is excellent sonclose to everything, 5 minute walk from the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was so clean. I particularly enjoyed the ability to cook for myself, anything I needed was there. great trip!

Location was amazing. Across the street from Maguro’s Spot and right next to Musubi Cafe. There’s also a coffee cart that parks right outside the door downstairs which was convenient. Parking structure was a little tight. All the electronics were a bit old, so no Bluetooth or airplay if you care about that (we were hoping to watch a movie on the TV and ended up just using my laptop). Also there’s construction next door which might be loud for some people. The extra bags/umbrellas were convenient, didn’t end up using the snorkels cause they had no straps that attached to the goggles. Was able to watch sunset from balcony. Overall a lovely stay.

Stood for 7 days with my sister and it was amazing. Very cozy and feelt likee home . Everything we needed was there. It was rainy all week and so glad umbrellas were there. The pillows amazing would definitely recommend. So close to the beach and so much more . LOVEDIT!

This place is an partial partial ocean view. The place is out dated. There was no cleaning products for rest room and only a half of a roll of toilet paper. Cofee maker was old needed cleaning. Bed was comfortable. The towels could be updated, they had a mildew smell when wet. The broom needs to be replaced. Other then that the location is of the hotel is great. But I would rent from pacific monarch pay a little more vs the vrbo. You get more support.

Great location for Waikiki

We had a lovely stay in this property. Very comfy beds and in a great location. If you are hiring a car don’t get something too big as the parking garage has a low height restriction. Overall, we would recommend this property.

Perfect location in Waikiki!

We had a great 6 night stay! Ocean view is beautiful, location is a short walk (5 min) from the beach and most major hotels/shopping. Air conditioning worked well! We appreciated having the king bed, kitchenette, beach towels, and many hooks in the bathroom for drying wet clothes after a day in the water. Only minor downside is that they are doing a lot of updates to the building/construction in the area, so something to be mindful of if that bothers you. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Waikīkī getaway!

Great stay. Only bummer was the pool was closed for renovations and lots of loud construction right outside the patio. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect stay.

We didn’t realise how well located this studio was until we walked the area. 3 great food truck locations within 3 blocks. 1 block to the International marketplace. 1 block to the Duke statue on the beach, TheBus stop in each direction at the door. Just perfect. Superb bed which was needed after all the things we did each day.

Construction all day just across and racing vehicles at night !!! Loud mufflers and loud engines til all hours of the night. Was horrible. Could hardly sleep. If you stay bring sleeping pills !!! The hotel itself was quite nice. No complaints there.

Great spot

Perfect location for a young family! Although a bit tight for 2 children under 3 and parents, Gerard ensured that we had everything we needed to be comfortable, including a Pack and Play for our youngest. Beautiful vacation

We lived our time in Gerard’s condo. It has everything you need and more. Great for 2-3 people. All the sand toys you need are here, snorkels, boogie boards, beach bags, etc. location is perfect and the view is just what we needed each morning and each evening. Highly recommend this cute studio. We didn’t cook but you could as there was everything needed plus a blender! Thank you Gerard!

Nice place to stay

Here my pro: 1. Good location very near the beach. 2. Place is clean and with kitchen appliances. 3. Hotel staff is very helpful. 4. Bed is comfortable. 5. Swimming gear and kids toys is a plus. 6. Swimming pool and BBQ grill is available at Roof. Here my cons: 1. Not good stove very slow to heat up. Just use microware or go to BBQ grill to cook food. 2. AC is not enough to cool the room. Overall good place to stay.

The condo was cozy and nicely decorated. It was hot when we arrived and took a while to cool down because the AC was small and in the corner by the bed. We had to pull the curtain to keep the bed side cool enough to be comfortable. If your not use to noise to sleep you don’t want to stay in this unit, it is very noise at night. I would definitely stay here again as I like the noise to go to sleep.

Perfect for us!

The property was exactly what we wanted. Slept 2 adults and 2 children easily. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well stocked with thoughtful stuff (lunch bag, beach chairs/umbrella/toys etc). Easy check in and check out and it was so close to the beach and downtown activities.
