Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, the location was excellent, and the view was amazing.The biggest issue was the water being turned off on 7/23 from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We only found out from a notice on the door and were never notified directly. During our trip, we stayed busy every day with activities. That morning, I went on an early hike expecting to come back, shower, and get ready for our family photo shoot and luau. Unfortunately, the water was already off when I returned, so I had no opportunity to shower and spent the rest of the day feeling uncomfortable after hiking. We also could not use the bathroom in the condo and had to go downstairs each time. I was traveling with my 14-year-old daughter with Down syndrome, which made this especially inconvenient.The pull-out couch was also extremely uncomfortable. My parents shared one bed, my daughters shared the other, and I slept on the sofa. I would recommend replacing the sofa or advertising the condo as more comfortably accommodating four guests.Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. I also appreciated that you accommodated our same-day request for a late checkout until 1:30 p.m. for 100, which was very helpful on our departure day.Given the inconvenience of being without water for nearly the entire day and receiving no advance notice, I’m wondering if there is anything you can do to help make the situation right.
