The hotel staffs work unprofessionally or management is poor. E.g. there was a long queue at the reception, however no staff even bothered to sort out. It took 10-15 min to check out in the morning. There are lots of experience I had with the hotel staffs.

Beautiful resort in an unbeatable location right on the ocean. The pool is seriously incredible, and valet was the fastest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The on-site convenience store was super handy too. That said, for what we paid, a few basics were missing (like a microwave in the room), and the food/drink options felt like they shut down pretty early for a resort of this level. Overall a great stay, would stay here again.

Overall, our stay at the Sheraton was great. However, the staff at reception and in the restaurants could be a little friendlier and more welcoming. We also found the approach at RumFire to be quite strict, as seating was only permitted once an order had been placed. This was frustrating, particularly as there were many empty tables available, and we often ordered drinks but then struggled to find a place to sit. A more flexible approach would have improved the experience.
