The infinity pool is fantastic with incredible views and the location of the hotel is excellent, close to many restaurants. The cleaning staff are great and very accommodating and our room was always kept clean. We didn't find the beds particularly comfortable though, as they sloped down on the sides making you feel that you were going to roll off, and the mattress seemed higher on the one side. Maybe they were just older mattresses. Also, the pillows were not comfortable at all. The drinks poolside were very expensive, even the nonalcoholic drinks. A regular soda was $5 and a virgin cocktail was $12.

Pool for adults SMALL and outrageous the hotel charges $150 per lounge chair in first 2 rows pool side. These rows have cabana so basically 3rd row back no view of pool or ocean. Walls are thin gear rooms above and next door. Recommend trip up the east side of island - beautiful. Avoid west side beaches lots of homeless tents taking up good spots.

If you are interested in visiting Ohao and staying on Waikiki beach, this is the place for you. This resort is located 1 block from Waikiki beach and surrounded by high end designer stores. For those who are interested in dining variaties, this resort is located in the heart of the tourist area so you are pretty much able to find any flavor of food that your taste buds desire. Hotel parking was available for a daily rate and there is also a "resort fee" that they don't tell you about when you check in so if you go, make sure you ask about this fee so that you are not surprised. Apart from that, there were no complaints on my end.

Perfect for families. Conveniently located and the friendliest staff. Beautiful views. Rooms are a bit small but the patio makes up for it. Definitely would choose again.

Staying in Wakiki

The rooms are on the smaller side, enjoyed our view of the ocean and Diamond Head. Rooms are not very sound proof heard a lot of noise from Waikiki nightlife. Also very crowded area so if you are looking for a peaceful visit this is not the hotel for you. The room was very clean.

Stayed for my honeymoon & I cannot recommend the Sheraton enough. The staff, facilities, location was spot on - we did not want to leave. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service from both the staff and manager was poor—unhelpful, unprofessional, and indifferent to guest concerns. On top of that, the room was not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend and won’t be returning.
