The location is great and very convenient with walk in distance. The room is very spacious and clean. The only thing about the room is that we were in with minor issues. Most of the outlets doesn’t work due to need some TLC and tv didn’t work during the stays. The bed is very comfortable, has microwave and small fridge with sofa was plus. Overall stay was great. Thank you!

They could do better easily.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. The room lacked in amenities. There were only a few operable windows. There were no black out drapes, and because of outside lights, the room never got dark. There are no dressers or stands by the bed. The one shelf by the bed was full due to the lamp and the phone.

You get what you pay for and Stay is an older hotel but it’s clean and private and the people are lovely. Big shout out to the cleaners who took over washing my clothes for me so I didn’t have to hang around to the front desk staff (esp. Anna) who couldn’t do enough for anyone. From the fluffy beach towels to the advice on where to eat and what to do, 5 stars any day of the week. Had an amazingly relaxing week and felt at home from the get go.

Convenient hotel with coffee on tap & laundry serv

Good room & a convenient location but the noise from the bin lorry (garbage truck) at 5am every day not good. I had ear plugs but partner didn't. No brekkies there apart from coffee/tea on tap most of the day. As always wherever in the US; I don't like the ammeneties we need to pay on top but we appreciated the laundry service included within this.

Stay Close to Waikiki Beach

Needed a short stay in between bookings. This was a nice place, close to the beach which was important at a good price. Not a resort, but provides beach mats and towels as part of your stay. Offers coffee and snacks included in your stay. If your not looking for a resort with a pool and want the beach choose this place

Location = fantastic! Only 2 blocks from Waikiki beach Staff = Amazing!! Attended to every request. Provided beach chairs, towels, air mattress for the beach. Also provided laundry tablets to do my laundry. So nice and welcoming! Parking = well there is no onsite parking so you need to be prepared to walk 10 minutes to your car and depending on how many times you want to leave the area it can be an inconvenience plus its $45 additional cost to park PER DAY. Room = for the price the room was good. Very clean, equipped with fridge and microwave, bed and couch, and good sized bathroom with shower. I was on a solo trip and this room was more than efficient for me. Had I been with my family it may have been a bit more difficult. I would definitely stay here again if traveling alone. Very thankful to the staff, they were very sweet and kind and I appreciate them so much! 🙏
