Great spot for a more budget use! Easy access/walkable to restaurants, shopping, the beach. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and even gave great tips for free things to do/sites to see! Enjoying beautiful Hawaii doesn’t have to cost a fortune!

Staff and service were great! Very welcoming and friendly gentleman at the counter, first impressions make a difference. We were tired from the flight and he got us checked in right away, even gave my kids some treats. We loved it and would come back!

My family and I stayed this hotel for 4 nights. We had a good experience with them. Ms Tomoko helped us check in. She was very friendly and excellent at communicating. Check in went very smoothly. I did som research about the parking beforehand so I was prepared how tight it was. If you rent a car, go for sedan or small SUV and you’ll be fine. Room was clean and amenities were great. There were reusable water bottles in our room which was nice. There was a water dispenser in the lobby area so you can refill. The location was great and can’t ask for more. It was middle of everything. I’d definitely stay here again.

Three words, dirty, filthy and avoid! Mold dirt dust all over the ventilation, it shoots out crap everytime the fan turns on. My whole family got extremely sick, spent 5 days in the hotel room cannot go anywhere, vacation ruined. My 4 years old daughter is extremely sick now and is suffering from pneumonia, it breaks my heart!

I had stayed back in 2017 when it was Ohana and they offered guest services so i could book tours etc and staff were amazing. This time reception no longer offered option to book tours or even a shuttle to the airport. Room was noisy with street noise and internally doors banging or people talking in corridors or bathroom being used. Room was a little dirty. Service was ok. Overall it was fine as i was out of the room for most of the day. Location was great

Visited for 4 day vacay the ppl are very friendly & helpful. Many issues with my stay unfortunately to start parking is very tight & expensive also there are charges not mentioned. The sink water smells like a sewer also garage elevators always out of service. The rooms are like motel rooms outdated. Housekeeping is a separate charge. Overall the hotel pricey with many hidden charges parking is very tight . Everything around including food stores is at your disposal.

The hotel is very clean and our room was perfect. We were on the 14th floor with partial ocean view and it was just amazing. Comfortable beds and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
