Perfect for a night before a flight. Great bed, great breakfast. Only reason comfort isn’t 5 in the parking. Drove around for 20m trying to find a space. Cars blocking routes and parked on verges as clearly not enough spaces

Great hotel and staff

The hotel was very quiet even though it was so close to the airport and near a busy road. The staff were very friendly and the food and service was excellent. Using the Hoppa bus was a bonus .

Airport stop over.

We used the hotel for a stop over for the Airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and with a lovely shower. The breakfast and evening meal were both very nice.

Good for short stay near airport

Stayed at this hotel multiple times. Always good service and friendly staff. Unfortunately this time the mattress in our room was not comfortable, it had a big sag on one side. It needs replaced. I mentioned it to the front desk staff, hopefully it gets changed for future guests.

Front desk staff lady that handled my check in was beyond friendly, efficient and profesional. Restaurant has great options. Bar is open until 11 pm. Outside garden area with tables is a major plus and smoking allowed. Hotel is clean and very comfortable lobby/lounge. Hoppa bus runs every 15 min 24/7 which makes the short transport to Gatwick super convenient.
