This charming semi-detached house is located in the heart of Hörnum. The beach is about 3 minutes walk. The apartment is spread over the ground floor and basement. The 2 bedroom apartment has been newly renovated and very high quality and beautifully decorated. The light-filled living room has a comfortable corner sofa, a flat screen TV, and a spacious dining table. As an additional small highlight, the apartment still has a modern sound system, which allows you to hear your favorite songs anywhere in the apartment (mobile phone) In addition, you get from the living room, on the spacious terrace with a very beautiful landscaped garden. Dreamlike hours of sunshine in the beach chair are guaranteed here. The modern and spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and has an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob (4 plates), a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a comfortable and high quality box spring bed in hotel quality. In the basement is the shower room with bath, shower and toilet. There is also a separate room in the basement with a washer-dryer.
