Our cabin has been completely remodeled and offers Wi-Fi, AC/HT, screen porch, fire pit, washer and dryer, plenty of parking for your boat, guests, golf cart, etc. The cabin has minimal steps for ease of access. Come and enjoy fishing, scalloping, boat riding, or just relaxing in our golf cart friendly coastal community. The Sunset Bar and Grill just around the corner within walking distance. There are 2 boat ramps within immediate proximity. Bring your fishing gear and enjoy an awesome experience. See you on the water!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set both AC units to 80° upon leaving. Please take the trash out of the cabin and place it in the outside garbage can by the utility room.
All used linens and towels can be placed outside the bathroom on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
