This urban 4 Br/3Ba home has many elegant updated features with a huge outdoor space, including a double-layered wrap around deck, with a screened-in porch area as well as a hot tub and gas grill. There is a basketball half-court, playground and fire pit in the backyard. New heat/air system with controls on all levels of the house for maximum comfort. New carpet in the bedrooms.
4 large bedrooms include:
The master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed has a separate dressing area and the master bath has a new walk-in shower with bench seat.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and one twin bed
Bedroom #3 has queen bed with memory foam mattress. and a pack-n-play with other items great for a baby (bouncy seat, walker, toys and blankets)
Bedroom #4 is isolated downstairs, could be considered a 2nd master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed with a bathroom with shower next door.

Air mattress available upon request for more than 8 guest.

Bay windows in the breakfast area offers a majestic view of Hot Springs Mountains. Also, has a formal dining room. Very private area within the city, located on a dead-end street. Came down for a family vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a huge success as we all had back issues from driving all day. Very easy to get to the Bathhouse Row to explore. The only thing we had to really buy except our food was aluminium foil and kleenex(allergy season). If it wasn't so muggy out, the back deck would have been perfect to just hang out and enjoy.

Easter getaway

Location is central to everything in Hot Springs. Easy to get on highways that take you in any direction.Ample shopping & retail just a few blocks away.Quiet one-way street.Inside of house is older and very well kept.Yard & backyard could have been cleaned up a little better
