Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place on the lake. The small one bedroom house is intimate and makes up for its size with its quaint charm and idyllic surroundings. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a relaxing retreat.

Our Gold Nugget offers a unique waterfront experience as it's situated right on the banks of Clear Creek, a small tributary that feeds into the Ouachita River. Indulge in activities such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, or basking in the sun on the water during the day. As night falls, use the barbecue grill to prepare a meal on the sun porch. As the sun sets, the outdoor fire pit becomes the perfect gathering spot to roast marshmallows and share stories under the stars.

In a matter of minutes, you can reach the Blakely cold water dam, resulting in reduced water traffic and a cooler climate during the scorching summer season. Furthermore, this spot is situated only 10 miles from Lake Ouachita, which happens to be the most extensive and pristine lake in Arkansas.

We loved it. We went to a woman’s retreat in Hot Springs. We got a chance to stay at Gold Nugget and it was so peaceful. I will definately be coming back!

The cute shaped home was decorated nicely. Right by the water & the neighbors are friendly. We hardly stayed home bc there is so many things to do in Hot springs.

Quaint and convenient location, lovely place

The place itself is older as well as the neighborhood, but the property is maintained pretty well. There were more amenities actually than were even listed, and they left us snacks as well as tons of coffee and tea options. The water was not high enough for us to do anything in in early March however it was just a 25 min drive to the Ouachita lake/forest where we did multiple activities. Hot springs is also 15-20 min away. We will be back!

Property was well maintained. There were many amenities such as plenty of throw blankets & extra pillows. There was coffee, tea & snacks in the kitchen. The bathroom had shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, makeup remover pads. Everything we needed!

Our son chose to go to Hot Springs for his annual birthday celebration trip. We stayed here for the first time this trip and will definitely be returning if it’s available on future trips! My daughter and I came for a 5 day softball tourney. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The place smelled wonderful the entire stay. Close to our ballparks and activities. Only wish the pull out couch had queen sheets. The only sheets in the closet were twin XL.

Quick weekend trip

Property was clean, easy to find and perfect for our quick trip to oak lawn for the Arkansas derby. Although we were not in the place very much it was clean well put together and the beds were comfy, overall great place to stay!
