You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Renovated with great lake views & swim dock!

Perfect location directly on the lake but only a mile off popular Central Ave. Newly renovated, 3200 square foot home, with 147 feet of private lake frontage with a swimming dock and boat ramp. There are also 3 kayaks for guest use. We are in the PERFECT location; close to everything; yet uniquely private. We are located 5 miles from the famous historic downtown area and only 3.5 miles from Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino.

Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Located on the bottom floor (walk-in level) is the gameroom area, with pool table, full size stand-up video game, karaoke machine, wet bar, 65” TV, refrigerator, laundry room, and a large bedroom with a 50" TV. The bottom level bedroom has a king bed and 2 XL twin sized beds with large attached bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom also has private outside entry with views of Lake Hamilton. Upstairs features the main living area with 65" TV, open concept kitchen, balcony with great views of lake with dining set, dining room that seats 6 with a kitchen bar that seats 4, spacious well-stocked kitchen. Please note, that the gas logs in living room are not operational at this time. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a king sized bed with attached bathroom with shower. Upstairs bedroom #2 has a king bed and upstairs bedroom #3 has a queen bed. There is a bathroom in hall with shower/tub combo.

Our awesome outdoor entertainment area is right on edge of the lake and has ample seating with TV and a great firepit area with wood provided.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a VERY STEEP driveway that leads to the back of the house where parking area is located and also leads to private boat ramp. Practice extra caution during the winter months.

* Sorry, we no longer allow pets due to several issues with damages.

*Please let us know if you will be bringing a boat ahead of time so we can make sure to accommodate you and give you additional details. We have a VERY STEEP driveway- I would not suggest pulling a boat down the driveway without at first walking down and assessing the layout. Hot Springs Marina is near our home and charges $20 to launch boat if that would make you more comfortable.

*Lake Hamilton lowers 3-6 feet every year in November-March. During these times you will still have expansive views of the water which is very rare, however the dock will be inaccessible by boat.

*Also please note the main living area with kitchen and dining is upstairs. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access this area. This may be a deterrent for those physically challenged.

*We have security cameras located outside of the front and back doors of our home.

Great house and great location…property lived up to the expectations we had from the pictures…really enjoyed morning coffee on the dock and watching the sunset over the lake. The house was very well decorated, clean and fully stocked.We are a family of 5 and were very appreciative that during our 4 nights/5 days stay we never ran out of any of the essential amenities, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, etc…Definitely a property we would consider revisiting when we’re back in Hot Springs.

Wonderful place on the lake, boat rental 3 mins away, restaurants also short distance away. Home was described and detailed accurately. It is a very clean property and no doubt will stay there again if I visit Hot Springs.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely beautiful home and location...so peaceful on the water yet so close to restaurants and all sights. Outdoor pavilion was a big plus and where we stayed a lot! We didn't have children with us, but plenty room and TV's for everyone to spread out. Would love to stay here again!

The property was clean, cute, comfortable, and had all of the amenities you could need. It is tucked away between trees and bamboo that makes it feel very private and secluded. The outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing. The house is a short drive to downtown, the bath houses, hot springs national park, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

BEST VRBO EVER! The inside was gorgeous and spacious! Our teen boys LOVED the game room and pool table area. The view from the house and deck were gorgeous as were the sunsets. The kayaks on site were an added bonus. The house had more than enough towels etc and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had! Owner was VERY responsive and helpful. This was our fav VRBO.
