Apartment 6 of Villa Simone (F2) flexible with apartment 7, communicating with balcony. It is located 200 meters from the beach, 50 meters from the market square and close to the train station and all amenities. Parking is free around the villa if you are arriving by car. Equipped kitchen; WIFI internet access, TV and DVD player, laundry. Each Villa Simone apartment is flexible and communicates through a double soundproof door. For example, an entire floor can be rented according to the number of beds desired. Provide sheets, if you do not have them they will be provided for a fee. The villa can accommodate our animal friends. Only the electric barbecue is also allowed on the balconies.

Accueil sympathique et agréable par Mr Leo, mais le logement était très très sales !!!! Je comprends qu'il y a de l'affluence en cette période d'août, mais cela ne justifie pas ce gros manque d'hygiène. Dès notre arrivée, Des poils et des cheveux partout dans l'appartement, une odeur catastrophique dans la salle de bain, un sol qui n'est ni aspirer ni laver avant notre arrivée !!! Une honte !!! Dommage, les volumes de l'appartement sont bien proportionné, un beau potentiel si cela etait mieux géré. Isolation phonique à revoir également, car l'appartement voisin est mitoyen par une simple porte, nous mangons avec les bruits des voisins. Nous n'y retournerons pas et je déconseille fortement.

Top location but in need of renovation and cleaning

Unfortunately, we did not like the accommodation because it was not clean. The floor and baseboards looked dirty. The bathroom is not nice and there is black mold in the joints of the shower, the silicone is crumbling and the shower door seemed calcified and a hair was still hanging there as if not cleaned at all. The razor from the previous guest was also still in the bathroom. The bed in the bedroom was a bit hard but okay. The bed in the living room was poor and not even suitable for sitting on, as the slatted frame was assembled with clamping plates, unprofessionally. Curtains in the bedroom were missing and the support was broken, so you had to dress in the living room (the bathroom was too small for this). The closet in the bedroom had no doors and there was a lot of bedding put there. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but a look at the salad bowl showed it was also stained. Something like this should be checked beforehand. However, the location is excellent and can only be recommended. Also, the gentleman who took care of the check-in was super friendly. Internet connection was also problem-free. If the apartment is renovated and cleaned, the accommodation would be recommended!

Des locataires un peu bruyant la dernière nuit , jusqu'à une heure très avancée. Manque de couverts dans la cuisine ( 1 petite cuillère ). Photos un peu trompeuses , puisque certaines sont la réunion des 2 appartements de l'étage.

Les photos du logement enjolivent la réalité ! Une porte mitoyenne à deux logements n’a pas d’isolation phonique ! L’accès à la terrasse est condamné par un fil de fer ?!?Personne pour nous accueillir ! Etc … le prix n’est pas en adéquation avec la prestation !

Bon souvenir !

Un super emplacement pour une famille qui souhaite être prêt de toutes les commodités : plage,restaurant, commerce. Avec les enfants cest parfait. L'appartement n'est pas l'appartement le plus neuf et le plus nikel mais largement suffisant et pratique. Un grand merci à la personne qui s'est chargé de l'accueil qui a été très prévenante,accueillante et très gentille

Nice Stay. Beach is nice and easily to reach.

Houlgate is small but nice. Everything is nearby, brasserie, bakery .... The flat is nice but needs a renovation, expecially the bathroom.
