10mins away from the HOUSTON/TEXAS MEDICAL CENTER, nearby major hospitals and Rice University. For entertainment, it's only 5 mins away from the NRG Stadium (Houston Texans)- a 15min walk. 15 mins away from the Houston Zoo, Museum of Natural Science, Children's Museum, the Galleria Mall and downtown Houston

If you are looking for convenience especially a walk away from the NRG stadium, this is the place for you! As well as a short convenient drive to the medical center.
Our humble place is located in a middle-class (class B) community of condominium buildings that were built in 1978, as much as they show some age, they are well kept, maintained and clean.
It is not a fancy new condominium but it’s refurbished!
We provide great customer service and truly do our best to give our guests a comfy pleasant stay.

**These are condos designed in form of apartments as you have to walk through the main building door, into a hallway to the condo/apartment. The hallway is well lit but the carpet shows some age but is routinely cleaned.

It’s a 3-bedroom spacious ground floor apartment (no stairs). 2-tiered security access - key access to building and code needed to access to condo protected with ADT security system.
- Fully-equipped kitchen especially for those who love to cook (all cookware, dishware, cutlery, utensils, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and more)
- 6 seater dining & 2 bar stools. Snacks and water for arrival day.
- Sitting room with a queen sofa bed and a 3 seater sofa & 3 ottomans, side tables, remote controlled lights and 2022 Alexa-enabled-voice-command smart 65inch TV, boardgames & playing cards for night-in family fun :-)

- A covered patio with 2 couple’s swing! 4 seater outside furniture set for a good break outside.
- All bedrooms have working desks for the adults to work remotely or catch-up on emails, kids to do homework, draw, color or play on their laptops + touch on/off side lamps with embedded USD charging.
- Master bedroom has a King size bed plenty of storage + walk-in closet, a 5 in 1 ottoman to be used for sitting, lounging (multiple positions), or as an extra twin bed with self-contained bathroom.
- An option baby cot / toddler bed to be assembled upon request at booking time. As well as an easy to use travel crib with 2 high chairs for babies or toddlers.
- 2nd bedroom (my daughter's purple room :D) has a queen size bed, closet with access to the patio.
- 3rd bedroom has 2 twin XL beds that can be converted into another king size bed
- The 2nd and 3rd room share a bathroom.
- Bathrooms have both bathtub and shower, fully stocked with body-wash, conditioner, shampoo and hand soap, white fresh towels, face towels & black make-up towels, hairdryers, make-up wipes, toilet paper, toothbrushes, etc

** The pool is not available during winter season.

** There is a security camera at the door entrance. It’s a ring video camera on the outside of the door.

** There are 2 cameras in the backyard, back of building monitoring the backyard outside of the windows - the window to the master bedroom and the window to the green bedroom with double twin beds.
