The front desk man yelled at me from his area, in front of other guests, telling me I could not take my breakfast to my room. There were no signs anywhere indicating that bringing food to the room was not allowed. I explained that I was feeling sick and preferred not to be around people, but he still refused.
Additionally, the elevator was not working, and the bed next to the window in my room was sunken and very uncomfortable.
On November 9, I received an early morning call asking if I was leaving the room, even though I had paid for two nights. I was asked to come down and provide all my information again.
On November 10, I was still feeling unwell and asked if I could please check out just thirty minutes later, and they refused.
I travel frequently for work and have never been treated this way. I am very upset, and I was told that your system only showed my reservation for one night, even though I had paid for two.
