Zero stars if I could!!!! Host never sent the check in information.

We booked a different property in the same area and the host last minute cancelled due to a double booking, so we had to go back to our search very last minute. We then found this beautiful property and I reached out immediately to the host. The stay was accepted and charged. However, the host never sent the check in information. We traveled 3 hours to get to this location and couldn't get in touch with the host (especially because the phone number provided was just the apartment complex general mailbox - which the business was closed) called VRBO directly and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and get transferred all over the place, we were about to get transferred to get to the claims department to be reimbursed and we were hung up on instead. Had to book an expensive very last-minute hotel at 10pm at night with Marriot because we decided we are done with VRBO. Worst experience trying to take a trip ever!! Glad we got our refund but here's your warning, if your host isn't responsive, better to just cancel and book somewhere else.

Great location, great stay, will return

Check in process was easy and the owner was super responsive to questions. Only recommendations, anti slip mat in shower. Will def return for all of our Astros games visits!
