Unreliable shuttle

Reception was too busy to answer the phone or read my emails because they were watching tv with headphones in a different room. The shuttle didn't show up at the time booked so since they were not at the hotel at the scheduled time had to waste another hour to wait for them.

You can't book the shuttle no matter how many times you call or email reception... Shuttle never showed up when requested so had to wait in cold rain for alternate transportation and almost missed the flight

I had to get an additional room and did not realize there was no doorknob on the interior of the bathroom door until my son got locked in the bathroom. Nothing was done to fix the issue or move us to another room. We checked out and went to Airbnb

The property is broken down. The rooms are full of stains. I had reservations for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The second room was not the one I reserved. The other one had bad smoke smell even thought it was a non smoking room. I checked out the following morning and found another place
