Check in staff was very kind and try to help with the limited resources. Not enough key cards. No towels No breakfast Elevator won't stop at your floor. Toilet clogged need to change room. Not enough water pressure at the shower. Sofa stained and smell like pee. The few towels that we got were stained. Pillows smelly. In general Hotel need a lot of update and maintenance.

First the receptionist couldn't find my reservation I had to call and HOTELS.COM SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM... BUT THE RECEPTIONIST CONTINUED TO TALK ON HER CELL PHONE.... THEN I RESERVED A SUITE KITCHENETTE AND SHE SAID THAT THERE IS NO KITCHEN IN THE ROOM AND THE AC IS BROKEN. PLUS SHE SAID THEY DONT SERVE BREAKFAST.... SO O vER ALL it was faulse advertisement... And she never was Able to check me inn... And she was supposed to cancel my reservation... But I see she didn't....

Let me say this place needs to be shut down, close and demolished. There were no amenities at all. When I say none, no breakfast, no washer nor dryer, hell there was no ice machine. The place was dirty. The carpet in the room was damaged and dirty, kept my shoes on at all times. Elevator was iffy it stopped while going up. If you were not back by 11:00pm you were locked out of the hotel. There was a hand written note that said called this number once the doors were closed and locked. The person at the front desk was always gone with a sign that said be back in 20 minutes. The TV remote had no batteries. The wifi would go in and out. You could not use it after midnight. The room didn't smell, low pressure on the water that did not get hot. If you took a shower at night there was no hot water. Everyone had used it all up. I had 3 visitors, (roaches). I didn't invite them in, but I did introduce them to the toilet. To advertise as a non smoking hotel on Friday and Saturday you can smell cigarettes and pop smoke when you got off the elevator. You can stay here at your own wrist.

Upon entering there was a roach on the dresser. One small towel and one large towel. Went down to the desk Anna asked for more towels only to be given another large towel and a bath mat. The toilet would not flush or even fill with water. Other than that the bed and pillows were really comfortable but had a few stands on the comforter.

The bed and iron board were the only amenities they had. Dirty carpet, dirty room, no breakfast of any kind, no washer nor dryer, no snack area on the property at all, no ice machine nor ice anywhere on the property. No hot water and the pressure was low. I have seen about 3 roaches so far. The room did not seem. Thank God for that.

We booked this hotel because it advertised as a buffet breakfast and it was convenient since we were traveling with 3 kiddos and upon check in we were informed they stopped serving breakfast last week, would have been nice to know beforehand. The room we got was a suite it was big but it was in bad condition, the couch had rips and tears in it and the walls looked like they needed work. Later in the day our toilet got clogged (must have been by a previous guest because we had issues with it on the first flush) my husband went downstairs and was told they didn’t have maintenance and the lady at the front desk told my husband that he needed to unclog it himself then she told him she would come up to do it for us, that never happened we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom before going out to town. While we were away my husband called up there to see if they fixed it or if they could change our room, we were told they would take care of it, 5 mins later we get a call that it’s fixed not sure why it took them that long to get to it honestly. Also, the whole lobby area is hot and humid, the ice machines do not work and the gym isn’t even a gym. I would never stay here again

There was nothing to like abiut this property. When i went to my roomthe door was ooen, uponentering the room the bed was a mess and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. My family needed to get ready for a wedding and there was no towels. The hotel wanted to move me to anither room ut it was notnuceand the shower had mold in it. I stayed at the room while they went to the weddingand had to fight the roaches. Ladies walking around downstairs selling themselves. When my family got back checked iut the hoteland left. I dont know if other Comfort Suites are this nasty but i would not recommend this one to someone I dont like.
