Stay was nice. Rooms were clean. If you’re staying in the third floor, ask to be moved because there are rooms where the room keys do not work on the door. We didn’t tell anyone until after our stay but the attendant at the check-in table was nice.

The hotel is outdated and cleaning standards are not up to par. We booked a four night stay we checked out after night one. Both rooms offeref were dusty, and my daughter had to go to the hospital for an allergic reaction to the filth in the room. we were willing to pay for the night that we stayed and asked for a partial refund and the hotel would not approve it. I will not recommend staying here. Save your money. The pictures attached are from the second room that was offered.

- Kleenex box only had one Kleenex - Used toilet paper roll, with no toilet paper - The lobby is the only nice part of the building - Shower didn’t drain - Shower temperature was only searing hot or cold - People smoking marijuana at the pool - Suspicious hole in shower wall - Customer service was rude I had a front desk lady call me at 4am in the morning, since I had valet, asking me to bring my car keys down., that I took them with me and they need to move my car. They were fighting with me that I just now at 5/25 @ 4 AM dropped off my car to valet and this was my car. Eventually I proved it wasn’t my car based on the reservation number given. They then said “oh, this isn’t your car”, hung up, and never apologized for waking me and my family up. I have issues falling back to sleep after woken up, let alone fought with in a lengthy debate. Needless to say, no sleep. I will never recommend this hotel. It is managed poorly.

Facility can be hard to access even for locals, but once you find the entrance to the hotel, the vast expanse of the Greenway Plaza is no longer such a problem. The Doubletree is clean, fresh and inviting, the staff (especially CeCe at the front desk!) extremely friendly and helpful, and the free oatmeal/raisin cookies are delicious.
