My stay was good. The staff was great. I do understand the hotel is older than most but the up keep of the hotel has to get better. The elevators were not all working making the wait time very long. I stood to go to my room on the 24th floor 15 mins.

I stayed here from Thursday - Sunday in a one bed room suite on the top two floors. The view of the galleria area & downtown was nice. That was the only part I liked. I’m a Hilton honors member & have stayed at there properties all over the country. The couch in the suite had multiple holes in it. The pull out bed was dirty & stained. The sheets & bed in the bed room were dirty & stained. We had to request house cleaning every morning we left. We requested salt & pepper on night 2 from dine in & was told they had other customers to attend too & he couldn’t help… WOW. The tvs aren’t smart tvs so you can’t cast from your phone or laptops. I pay 400 for a suite & you want me to purchase $18 movies from your service??? I was so disappointed in this experience with them & plan to call customer service.
