Enjoy our super fun retro ARCADE room! 6 beds that can sleep up to 9 persons. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and parks.

The house is centrally located near many fun and popular locations that Katy has to offer. Shopping malls, a fun water park, game centers, and yummy restaurants. The house is also minutes from major hospitals.

Our cool arcade room has retro arcade system, a Nintendo64, and a full claw machine! The living room has a big 75 inch TV for watching movies.

This house was a perfect location to stay while looking for houses in the area. With prior approval, Mr Paul let us bring our 2 German Shepherds who absolutely LOVED the back yard! The yard is fully fenced and secure. Inside the home was of course the Arcade area which was attractive to our grown children who came to visit. The living room has a huuuuge Samsung TV which is the best tv out there in my opinion. Although ALLLLLL of the furniture seemed very small, I can’t complain too much because it served its purpose and I didn’t wake up feeling sore. The house was clean, the shower heads were great which is super important right?! being right by Katy Mills, lots of places to eat, shopping and of course HEB! As a fellow VRBO owner, I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the Katy area at a decent price.
