We absolutely loved this hotel. Very clean. The staff was wonderful. The food at the bar was fabulous & the breakfast was really good also. We will definitely be back at this one.

We had a wonderful two week stay at this property. The staff was fantastic, and the suite was quiet, well-stocked, and cleaned regularly. The shuttle is phenomenal, and you can easily be dropped off and picked up at various locations (museums, retail, restaurants, hospitals) within a 2mile distance. The Rice Village is a great boutique type area to walk with a variety of restaurants (Kasr and Black Walnut to name just two great ones). We were never late to arrive at our appointments at the Mays Center, and never had to wait long to be picked up. My only suggestion is that for the suites there should be a tea kettle. And, for the breakfast buffet there should be a non-pork option for the meat -- either a turkey sausage or a vegan one.

The rooms were amazingly quiet and comfortable. The area around the hotel was not great, typical downtown type area. Parking, loading and unloading area is kinda a nightmare. But you will figure it out when you arrive.

Great Stay!

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice. They offer a shuttle to any place you want to go within a 2 mile radius of the hotel so that was a plus.
