Really enjoyed as a cancer patient attending MD Anderson Cancer Center that they offer a complimentary shuttle to any locations within a 2 mile radius (which includes the center's various buildings), however on the last day of my stay,

Is a good place to stay if needing the medical center. Not the greatest neighborhood/but property itself felt very safe. Does charge extra for parking - be aware. Also our room was cleaned only every other day; not a problem for us as we're not messy. If you had kids/etc that could be an issue. For our needs would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night. It was very convenient to the medical center. There were many nearby restaurants. The room contained a fridge, stovetop, convection oven, and dishwasher. There was a large pool area with many places to sit and relax.

Nice place for the money pretty comfortable beds and the place is clean. Breakfast is not great, but it's food, and it's free. I would definitely stay again.

The staff here are all amazing. Very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good; great variety. Only complaint was my room was not as clean I would have liked. Dusty corners, floor didn’t appear that it had had a real cleaning in some time. some shower mold, kind of muddy scuffs on the shower door kick plate. an unclean coffee mugs for the entire time. However not too bad overall. only one roll of toilet paper (not a full one) for three night stay so I ended up running out - even after housekeeping had been through that day. Fortunately, there were tissues. Bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows. Slept well!

Need to know MD Anderson Patients

Hotel was immaculate and in a perfect location to MD Anderson Hospitals. There are many fast food and nice restaurants with in 2 mile radius along with zoo and NRG arena Hermann park. There shuttle will drop you off and pick you up anywhere with in a 2 mile radius. Parking garage, breakfast yummy. Free washer and dryer. Clean pool, jacuzzi. Hang out area cool. Staff friendly.

Well the $15.00 for parking was way to High, the food at restaurant was totally to expensive, $15.00 for a 3 inch high glass of margarita and $7.00 for a small glass of tea !! Ridiculous, would not stay again !!

In error the dates booked 3/20 check out 3/21. Should have been Friday 3/21 check out Saturday 3/22. Upon realizing the error i contacted the hotel and explained what happened and needed to make a reservation for 3/21 check out 3/22 I was charged as a no show and would have to pay for a new reservation totalling $500.00 The staff nor management would help me and told me there's nothing that they can do. They were very rude and unsympathetic. Im a single parent and explained i didn't have the money to pay for another night. They offered no options, discounts or assistance. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. My rating is a 0
