Room Floors were very dirty. The staff was very very unfriendly. For the price we paid for one night, it is definitely not worth staying in this hotel. The Hyatt in downtown is much much better.

Booked a room and paid for two double beds. I show up to check in, and was told I booked too late and they only had a king only. I wish the hotel could have told me this before arrival.

Everything about the property is inconvenient. From the parking elevators to room elevators. Didn’t realize i needed to ask for new towels. Stayed five nights and only got cleaned once. And wasn’t even cleaned very well.

Parking Garage needs security

Everything was fine about our stay other than the fact there were vehicle break-ins in the parking garage during our stay. They need to up security for sure. It was also unclear where to park to check-in. You have to come into the parking garage to enter the lobby for check-in. This was unclear and we have been to hotels that did not allow parking access until you had a room key so we had to call the desk to ask how we check in.
