Prior to check in the hotel messaged us letting us know how to arrange our shuttle to get to the hotel and stated the shuttle operated between 5am and 10pm. When we arrived at the airport and called the number they provided, they informed us the shuttle was not operational between 1pm and 3pm (we landed at 1), something that was not mentioned in their message. The reason we booked this hotel was for the free airport shuttle. They offered no solutions and in the end we had to navigate our own way to the hotel (including paying for it). I gave them many opportunities to make it right but I didn’t even get so much as an apology. Extremely poor customer service.
