The airport shuttle quit running at 10 pm, 2 hours before our arrival. Lift fare was just under $19 and a great alternative. Comfortable and well appointed room. Nice staff and fantastic breakfast. A very good choice!

Our first room was ok but we asked to be moved to a cleaner room. I booked here because there was a pool but it was not open due to it being green, dirty not maintained. On another the staff was great and very apologetic. Robert or Roberrrrto was AWESOME! Shuttle driver was great too

It's a nice and clean and spacious room. Continent breakfast also good, reasonable options. Only thing was not that great was airport shuttle, you have to call upon arrival for shuttle which I was not aware. When I checked my reservation confirmed, they mentioned it but I didn't make it through that long text.

i tried numerous times to arrange a shuttle from IAH to the hotel... but no one ever answered the front desk number that was provided. In frustration i booked a cab. As i checked in i made sure that i would be on the 8am shuttle rhe following morning. The following morning i went to wait for the airport shuttle and was told my name wasn't on the list. Thankfully an uber was available to take me to mt flight. Not happy!!
