The hotel rooms were dirty, had to change two rooms before we got the final room which was the third room, the third room we had to manage half of the room light wasn’t working, tge curtain was torn, worst of all the bathtub was mostly brown/yellow. We were uncomfortable throughout our stay. I worry about the hygiene of the hotel

The place is shady, and our room smells like mold. The Elevator ,TV and internet are not working. ZERO STAR! Two people are walking around without shoes and half naked. It looks like homeless. Broken old car in the parking lot. AcAccording to the front desk, the hotel next door is the same owner and can move. I'm glad that we did.

Very ran down, unkempt. Dirty. First room I tried the bath tub was filthy. Second the toilet didn’t work. Third room the TV didn’t work. Outside had weeds, dead bushes and was an eyesore.

Staff was friendly. Tv only worked when room lights were turned on, only had 4 channels to choose from. Breakfast was very limited. Only 1 elevator worked. Gates around pool to parking lot were not locked. Trash cans around pool area were full of water and bugs. There was NO hot tub as was listed in amenities. Couches in lobby were dirty. Has to leave a $100 room deposit and could not charge bottled waters to the room. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was completely nice. The only thing was the location was notclose to where our family lived. We were able to use a sister htel that was closer to the desired location. Holiday Inn. Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was mid.
