This apartment resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 1 vehicle in the designated parking spot. Street parking is allowed.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 1 car at the property in the designated parking spot. You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. NO parking on driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 3 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The last “bed” is a queen-size sofa bed.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 2nd floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are close to this unit. The patio area and laundry room are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

• Due to old construction, water pressure may not be too strong
