I have stayed at this property a few times as I feel it is convenient, clean, reasonably priced, and has amenities I use. This last stay greeted us with a rude front desk check in which was the most irritating memory and a room with a moldy smell upon entry.

This was the worse hotel experience I’ve had in a while. As a woman traveling alone, I did early check in from my phone and then still had to wait 30 minutes to check in - when I did finally get my room and key I opened the door and it was occupied. That’s extremely dangerous and how I figured out that every key is the same and opens every door. I was then given the room across the hall and the toilet didn’t flush and the lid for the toilet tank wasn’t the right one or right size so I’m assuming they knew the toilet did not work. No apologies really from the front desk and then I signed up for a 7am shuttle which was half an hour late, over packed with people and the driver threw our luggage and drove over and entire curb and through grass yard and the luggage was smashing into the backs of our heads in the shuttle. I’m beyond annoyed and it was a crappy end to an otherwise great trip. Won’t be staying at Ramada ever again certainly not Houston

This hotel is very budget-friendly and you really do get what you pay for. The staff were fun, friendly, and made the stay feel welcoming, though only one person was on shift which sometimes meant delays. The location was convenient, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. There were a few drawbacks: the hallway had a musky smell, and the microwave blew a breaker which took about 30 minutes to fix since staff were busy with check-ins. The on-site restaurant also wasn’t able to assist with warming food, and when we tried the hallway microwave it tripped another breaker. Overall, it’s a clean and affordable option for a short stay. If you’re looking for low cost, friendly staff, and don’t mind a few quirks, it does the job.
