It’s early as I write this as we have an early flight to catch (3am) so I’m a little grumpy. Our check in was good, the late afternoon/evening staff were helpful and processed people quickly. We had supper at the restaurant beside the check-in desk and the food and service were very good. Our room had a weird short possibly - the lamp wild flicker on and off regularly (not a big deal we turned it off); but at midnight our phone started going off regularly doing anywhere from a half ring to 2 full rings…we did NOT ask for a wake up call and it would’ve been too early anyways. With a wake up time of 0230 and the phone deciding to go off about 4-5 times from midnight-ish until about 0130 when I called front desk and explained I asked how to stop this from happening and if I could unplug it from the wall. The front desk attendant for the late evening said yes I could just unplug it. I did so and we had to wake When I went back to explain the issues with the room I barely got a response from the same person…I’m more annoyed with the lack of empathy or even the apology for
