There was no hot water for my morning shower.I told the front desk and no reply of sorry.Seemed like he heard it before and didn't care that I didn't get what I paid for.I have one more stay on the 31st of January.Sure hope you do a better job. This was the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at, and I don’t know how long I may have had one worse than this, but it’s been a long time. The room had cockroaches in it. There was no hot water. They rented out the rooms, knowing that the boiler was not working if I could give zero stars to this, I truly would, if I could attach photos showing all the cockroach bodies, the dirt, the grind the stain sheets, the stained blankets that look like somebody ha

The hotel could possibly use a makeover but aside from that the afternoon front desck crew had 12 people standing in line when i came in. I understand its close to an airport but they also had two crew behind the counter and only one was working. All she did was stand next to the man and talk.
