Overall, the room was clean, the furniture was in pretty good/ok condition. Wi-Fi did not work, even though the tv showed it was connected to guest wifi. Unless I had to pay for it, but I wasn’t given any information about Wi-Fi when I checked in; so I couldn’t watch Netflix, only the 3-4 direct channels.
Hallway carpet smells like mildew, it needs to be updated. But the room had fake wood floor, so it was clean enough for me on the inside.
Overall look of the outside building is ok. I didn't feel super safe, no security or secured parking, but that’s somewhat to be expected of most hotels in Texas.
Overall, I came and enjoyed my bed. Just hated I didn’t have working guest wifi. I had a short stay so I didn’t bother to ask how to resolve. Front desk employees were nice and respectful. So thank you.
