I requested a late check out at 1p via the Expedia website. On the day of check out the property staff came banging on the door at 11a and woke me and my 4 yr old daughter up saying we needed to get out. I advised the lan we had requested a late check out and he said he jad not received any request from Expedia. Upon showing him the request on my phone he said he would not honor it and said we had 30mins to be out. We had jo time to shower as planned. Very unprofessional.

I will never stay at this property again! The toilet made noise through the night I bought it to the owners attention and he told me to turn it off from the back and he would fix it next morning of course that never happened so I had to keep turning the toilet on and off when I used it. This place is trash and the room smelled luckily I had my own disinfectant spray and wipes to sanitize but never again. I had to check out at an earlier time than I expected and was still charged for an additional day which was totally unfair and unethical. My coworker referred me to these people because she’s related to them and spoke very highly of this business so I booked solely based on her referral but I will let everybody know never to book here you would be better off sleeping in your car which is why I checked out early!

Room was clean, but it was supposed to be non smoking and had recently clearly been smoked in. Pillows were tiny. Hotel clerk was behind glass if that tells you anything. Price was fair.
