Our room was half done which made absolutely no sense. They did the bathroom but nothing with the beds?? We called the front desk and offered to move us into a different room. This was 8pm and we’re weren’t about to pack I and move. I asked about discount as we were not provided with all the services we paid for but they said no. There wasn’t even an apology.
