Night employee was friendly and pleasant when we checked in. When we arrived in the room, it was freezing as the thermostatwas set at 60. No problem, because that was an easy fix. My husband entered the bathroom first to shower only to find pubic hairs on the floor outside of the shower. Once he opened the shower door, he found additional pubic hairs plus a plastic cup near the drain. We tried to overlook the lack of housekeeping since had a late flight in and had a long drive ahead of us the next day. Bed was a bit firm for our liking, but otherwise acceptable as the linens appeared clean and freshly changed. The next morning, we awakened and got ready to go down for breakfast only to find BUGS! Fitst, gnats around the bathroom sink. Then two ROACHES coming from the closet! There were also some long slender crawling bugs on the floor. We were disgusted!! We quickly dumped out our bags, shook off everything, and headed downstairs! We spoke with the morning employee downstairs to checkout. We informed her of the room condition and showed her photos. She could not have been less concerned!!! "I will have someone check out that room." Needless to say, we did not stay for breakfast and got the hell out of there.

Review of Sure Stay Humble

Very clean and well-kept hotel. Very nice breakfast including hot items of scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. Also had do-it-yourself waffles with other breakfast rolls, yoghurt, fruits, coffee or tea and fresh juices.

The first thing I noticed was the well-lit parking lot. When I walked in, the hotel smelled clean. My room was comfortable. The shower was the right temperature and water pressure for me. The breakfast was great too. The room was reasonably priced, and everything was great. I would definitely stay here again

Room was clean and super cold upon arrival which was amazing since everywhere was hot outside. Hotel seemed pretty and updated, and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive and we had no issues with any of the amenities. Hotel room was as described. Free breakfast, although I did not eat at the hotel.
