Only stayed for one night while in town for a show. The hotel is quite nice and quiet, very walkable to a number of places, including the House of Blues, where I was going. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Some of the softest linens I've come across as well, including the towels, which almost anywhere else I've stayed tend to be scratchy and rough. It was a hot and humid week so the AC was a must and it worked perfectly (and also very quiet too, which is great for a light sleeper like me). Overall, no complaints at all. Staff and hotel were great and I'd definitely come back!

Had an amazing stay here at Tru by Hilton , however for the second and third day of our stay there was no cold water at all. No matter what we tried there was only hot water coming out the sink and the shower which was very uncomfortable and painful at times because we couldn’t even shower comfortably. Thankfully by the last day of our stay it was finally fixed but we had to deal with that for half of our stay which was unfortunate.

Sub-par for the price

The hotel room is small for the price and doesn't even have a closet—just some hooks in the wall to hang clothes on. The toilet paper is super cheap!! Oh, and of course, when they mention that parking is available, they DO NOT mention the $60 (yes, $60) a day price tag that comes with it.
