Rooms were decent, staff are wonderful. However the elevator stopped working causing a huge inconvenience for everyone, and you couldn't enter through the side doors.

I would not stay at this hotel ever again they didn’t have the cart for me to bring my stuff up to the room so I ended up having to bring it all the way to the 3rd floor by hand one at a time luckily I had help from some of the other guests I didn't have any help when I left and the cart was still not down there 7 days later when I checked out so I was forced to have to carry it all my items down by myself with no help at all the kitchen was missing certain items and they did not do any sort of housekeeping at all after a long day out I came to my room to it locked and when I found out the reason I was pissed becuz I was hit with a $25 linen fee which I’ve never had to pay for at any hotel let alone them locking me out of the room for it and it happened to be the day before I check out which I felt was jus insane the people at the front desk were unprofessional in every manner and provided very little help jus an overall bad experience I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone
IF YOU BOOK FOR 28 days which is what this app allows and not 30 days , night staff awaits for you to get down to your last (2) days of stay to tell you : A) the rate you paid here isn’t their rate B) fees when you’re leaving because no one told you th linen you returned & borrowed over time cost or to pay $1 for tissue at the desk. Everything is a cost !
We got there and doors were lock and nobody was at the front desk, I had to call and when they finally answered they couldn’t gives exact directions on where was the front desk, when we found it, he finally open the door and open the window for the front desk. Was rude and didn’t explain where the elevator was or where was our room. Building was hot all over. Room ac didn’t cool off enough and because of the conditions we had to leave at 5am, room temp was unbearable. When we were trying to return the room key the frond desk was closed and when I called he took again forever to answer and told me just to leave the keycard by the window. When we were leaving also it was a random man sleeping in the lobby and when he heard us he got up and look at us and walk out. This was our worst experience. I’ll appreciate if a refund will be issued to us for the horrible experience and also we didn’t even get to rest to continue our trip. Please I’ll appreciate if we get our money back. Thank you
When i arrived staff obviously doesnt want to be here .key didnt work ...so i called and dailef 500 as is states ...addinent once sounding sleepy . Told me to to try the "other" doorsand if that doesnt work call back... ....im confused at this this point buy its bren a lonh day . So i walk around the building 2 orher doors dont open ...so no phone had to walk to the original door to call ....then the roomi just want to up load the pictures. Feel like im bothet the night guy anyway
No Wi-Fi, no breakfast, you have to go down to get towels, they don’t clean the rooms daily and they don’t make up they beds, their were hole in bathroom door, leather on chairs peeling, I don’t like extended stays it’s because it wasn’t to my standard of cleanliness… I will never go to another extended stay!
