Had a great time. Went to Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and then came back to Hotel and Hung out in the bar. Had a blast at the bar thanks to Kelly VP of Sales who made us feel welcome. We dont usually hangout at the Hotel but we will definitely do it again and will stay here again in a couple weeks when we come back to Houston.

Terrible “Hotel”

Terrible hotel…if you can even call it a hotel. Checked in and guest room we were given had no heat. Called front desk and they offered to move us into a nicer room. It was not any nicer. Second room had no heat. Called multiple times about heat and was told they would send someone to check it. Spent 2 days there and no one ever checked it. We finally asked for extra blankets just to stay warm at night. Another issue he had was our electronic key pad didn’t work. We were locked out of our room for about an hour. While we there, there were two room break ins where jewelry was stolen. The manager did not want the guests to call police to make a report, but they did anyway. I will never stay at this hotel again. It’s horrible, unclean and very run down

Disappointing Stay – Not Up to Wyndham Standards

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean, but unfortunately, the property itself is very run down. The wear and tear are noticeable throughout, from outdated furnishings to maintenance issues that need attention. It’s definitely not what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel. While I appreciate the effort of the staff, the overall condition of the property made the stay less enjoyable. With some much-needed renovations, this could be a great place, but as it stands, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Unsafe and dirty.

This room was unsafe. I ask to be change to another room and the front desk service was unhelpful. I was told I couldn't not be change to another room. The door lock was wobbly and loose, wont lock. The bathroom was dirty. The AC vents were dirty. This room overall was unsafe and dirty.

Loved the location, didn't care for the $30 paid parking in an open lot, i get a garage, but come on, an ungated open parking lot off the freeway?? Door to the bathroom as swollen and didn't shut all the way. Ice makers didn't work on 5th or 4th floors, had to travel around the floors to get ice, 3rd and 7th do indeed have a functioning ice machine. There was one empty toilet paper roll and one that was about 3/4 of the way used, a fresh roll for 4 people would have been nice, we used it all. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge, we often take leftovers with us or eat them later at the hotel. Overall, it's satisfactory, but could really use a an upgrade in facilities.

Terrible Stay

If you are expecting nice DONT STAY HERE!. Musty smell in the room, hole in the ceiling above bathtub, rust , mold in the tub drain I can go on and on. Dont worry about using your key to access the hotel because half of the the doors are broke so just walk on In. I paid over $1200 for 3 nights!!!!! We were here during the BBQ Cook-Off and I can tell you never again. $40 a night for parking and good luck finding a spot

Crappy Hotel I’d call a motel !!

Awful !! We heard scratching at 2am & a mouse was in our room trying to get into our leftover food container. Also, at least 2 F-250 trucks w/smashed windows in the security guarded hotel parking lot next to my truck. Great location to walk to NRG but that’s it. So disappointing!!

For the price the hotel was terrible. Rooms need to be remodeled. Very dated and falling apart. $400 for one night I would expect a lot more. Best part was the location so we could walk to the Houston Rodeo BBQ Cookoff. The hotel bar was very nice and clean but they don't take cash. Card only. Bartender made good drinks
