This 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests, including a sofa bed in the bright living room. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and electric hob, this apartment is ideal for couples, families, or working professionals. Enjoy streaming your favourite shows on the Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, or gather around the dining table for a meal with friends. Please note: this property is accessed via stairs.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

- Bedroom 1, zip and link beds, set up as two singles but can be set up as a double on request, sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2, 1 single bed, sleeps 1 and a double bed, sleeps 2, but can be made into a super king upon request.
- Double Sofa Bed in the lounge, not yet made up as a bed, so you can enjoy the space - linen is provided, sleeps 2

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Ideal for city breaks with friends, family getaways in Brighton & Hove, or professionals visiting for work.

*There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
Parking is 'pay and display' or permit parking on the road between 9 am - 8 pm.
*Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
*Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request.
*Not returning keys to key safe £200+VAT
*No Pets Allowed
*Stair access only - no lift. (64 stairs to the top floor and 11 steps inside the apartment)
