The room was dirty,no towel rail,no toilet roll holder,shower not attached to the wall, had to kneel down to wash ,hot tap in sink constantly running, cold tap was faulty,no bath mat ,curtain rail hanging off in main bed area, beds were so uncomfortable,stains on walls ,no television ,no bedside lights ,just a terrible hotel ,in a nice area There was a kettle and tea and coffee no teaspoons nothing was replaced on a daily basis this is most definitely a hotel we will not stay at again need a major overhaul to be classed as a hotel and not a doss house

The first thought was the photo of the hotel is very misleading. The angle of the photo shows flowers from the property next door! The staff were very pleasant and helpful and explained how the parking permit worked. They kindly changed our room from 2nd floor to first floor without being asked when they saw my husband struggles walking. The room was clean and comfy but the bathroom wasn't very good the bath was marked and the shower screen doesn't look as if its ever been cleaned. The curtains were not hung very smart infact they were difficult to open. The stair carpet was badly stained which is off putting. If you want somewhere basic then its ideal. We used the bus service because it was cheaper than parking

The Room was very plain and dirty. The walls were absolutely filthy with dirt and stains. The windows were cracked and broken. The curtains were hanging off the rails. The towels were stained with dirt and .makeup and weren't white like they should be The place needs a refresh a long time ago and maintained alot better. Id definately not stay here again because its not the standards youd expect for the price you pay here. Its a grotty hotel nothing more.

We only stay one night, bedding was comfortable and clean. The complementary Tea/ coffee was very welcome. The only issue we had was that the toilet didn’t flash properly. We would definitely stay again

The hotel is dated, the staff not that communicative and the room was in need of a good clean and repairs needed. The communal ladies toilet was disgusting, two toilets blocked with you name it, the third had a bin on top of it so I guess was blocked too. I called staff as I needed toilet and our room was not ready, the lights were not working in the toilet area, the staff tidied around before I could use it, and stood outside the main door to stop anyone coming in so there was some light. Bedroom was dated, shower leaking, toilet stained, floors dirty, carpet not pleasant, needs a good refurb.
