Beautiful hotel , beautiful spa and team. Pity the beach is not always comfortable to swim in given the tides, and I recommend you maybe offer mini massages and activities by the pool ,

The room was good. I’ll never understand why they don’t build hotels with better insulation for quietness, or why they put windows from the bedroom into the bathroom so that everyone feels awkward when someone uses the toilet. But this hotel was a fair price for the amenities.

Tough one to rate since room & staff were very nice but pool & beach area fell way way way short of expectations. Staff - 5 stars. Front desk & breakfast staff very friendly. Room - 5 stars. Spotless, well appointed, comfortable & super quiet. Proximity to Town - 5 stars. Just a few minutes walk outside of hotel down small street & you are in middle of town. Breakfast - 4 stars. Decent selection, good tasting food & nice touch to deliver egg order to table. Pool Area - 1 star which is generous rating. Tiny unremarkable pool. By far the smallest pool of any beach resort I’ve ever visited anywhere in world. Small seating area around pool with handful of day beds & few dozen loungers. Has sandy area next to pool with nice sea view & shade from palm trees but every day we were there, we were kicked out around noon because they needed to setup space for events. Seems to be a very events focused property. Meanwhile food & drink service around pool was very inattentive. Quite a struggle to get anything. Beach Area - Zero stars. The only beachside hotel in the area I’ve seen that doesn’t have a dry stretch of beach. Water comes all the way up to stairs leading to hotel most hours of day with the exception of brief time at low tide when a few small patches of sand emerge but even then, you still have to walk through water to get to hotel stairs. Can wade your way thru the water and walk 5 minutes left or right to enjoy some beach in front of other hotels.

We loved the place and everything is beautiful and well thought of, but that comes with disadvantages. Events are hosted in the hotel occupying public places from hotel guests. This is disturbing when you have paid for all services, but are not able to use them due oy a private event.
