The cottage has a super kitchen leading through to a spacious dining room, with conservatory off that and a good sized sitting room with two three seater sofas beyond the dining room. There are two double bedrooms with en-suites and a separate shower room, making it easy to get ready when there's a full house. The house is comfortable and easy to live in and very practical too with solid oak floors throughout the kitchen and reception rooms.

This large single storey family-friendly holiday home comes with a fabulous large enclosed garden, lovely and private, laid mainly to lawn with mature trees and shrubs, making it a perfect place to spend sunny afternoons relaxing and long evenings catching the last of the sun's rays. With two terraces, one at the rear of the property and one set within the main garden area, garden furniture and gas barbecue, there's no excuse for not dining alfresco.

The cottage is within easy walking distance of all the excellent pubs and restaurants in the village, including the ever popular Thornham Deli, The Orange Tree, The Lifeboat Inn and The Chequers, and at the further end of the village there is Eric's Fish and Chips, Gurney's fishmongers and the fabulous Drove Orchard's farm shop with facilities to pick your own fruit.
