Not my first stay, will be my last

Not my first stay at this hotel, but I wont be returning. Someone with a key tried to open our door not once, but twice during our stay. Luckily we had the door stopper. We reported it, it happened again. We were told no one was scheduled to come to our room yet "maintenence" arrived and said the room was unoccupied, while we were sleeping. Was never informed about parking protocols, got ticketed and the front was not helpful and sent me away since I had already checked out. Sam at Customer Service was nice, but do not feel safe staying there again since the people trying to get into our room had keys.

Place was clean. There was no room service. Cleaning is only every other day. Overall, it was decent but if you are trying to attend an event at VBC, would recommend staying at embassy suites as it’s connected.

The fragrance upon coming into the hotel smelled amazing. Reminded me of a mahogany teakwood candle! The room was very clean and spacious as well. 10/10
