2.5 Bathrooms: Designed for convenience and comfort. Equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and hand soap from Public Goods.

Well-Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with a coffee bar that includes K-cups, teas, sugars, and syrups, ensuring a delightful start to your day.

Located just 27 miles from Zion National Park and close enough to explore other national parks (118 miles to Grand Canyon North Rim, 130 miles to Bryce NP), 20 miles to reservoirs for paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and swimming, and outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and off-roading all around, this tranquil setting combines peace with proximity to town. We are just 15 minutes in either direction to the closest grocery stores. There is a gas station and coffee/ice cream shop around the corner for your last minute needs.

With enough advanced notice, we will be happy to set the house and hot tub to your desired temp upon arrival. Just let us know what time you expect to be there!

You will have access to the entire house and property. There are two locked sheds that you will not have access to.

No open flames are allowed indoors or outdoors, except in the designated outdoor fire pit.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.

Fireworks are illegal in the town of Apple Valley. Lighting fireworks may result in a $1,000 fine issued by the town. This rule is strictly enforced for the safety of the home, guests, and surrounding land.

🏡 General Rules

No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, please use proper disposal and be fire-conscious.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful setting. No parties or events without prior approval.

🚫 Other Important Notes

Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture without permission.
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in your reservation (maximum occupancy per town ordinance is 10).

Please report damages. We understand that accidents happen — as long as it wasn’t intentional and depending on the severity or cost, we’ll always do our best to handle it reasonably. We just appreciate the opportunity to make things right before the next guest arrives.

Our stay was not long enough! The communication with the hosts was very good and the location couldn’t have better! If you aren’t staying for at least 3 days… extend your trip!! Between Zion and Bryce Canyon, there are so many things to do and enjoy and this location is a great place to rest your head and relax at the end of your day!

We stayed here during our visit to Zion, and it is conveniently located to get to the park. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were amazing after days of hiking. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the check-in process was seamless. We did have a little trouble finding the property since we arrived after dark, and we had lost our cell services/GPS. We loved our stay, and wish we had more time to spend there.

We had an amazing stay! We were 9 people (two families with kids), and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.The kids loved their room with the bunk beds and games, and the yard was great, especially the fire pit. The hosts even left supplies for s’mores and firewood, which was such a thoughtful touch.They were super kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Mountain Biking Gooseberry

This house was amazing! Perfect for hiking and biking around Gooseberry and the Jem trails. Felt like we were staying at a spa!! Great space, concrete floors, clean, extras left by the property owners to make us feel welcome. Fun hot tub, sauna and fire pit. Great garage access for bikes. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Five plus stars!!

Secluded but convenient

Very nice built house. Detailed furnished and quite thoughtful. Provided different flavors of coffee and soft beverages. Kitchen is fully functional with everything you might need for cooking. Owner Sarah and William are super responsive and cordial. They did not even list any check-out rules like most of the houses would, which make us feel more welcomed. We had a great stay.

Responsive host

Staying in the winter gave us a challenge that the water pipes froze up and we had no water upon check in! I messaged the host and they had people on site within an hour with several gallons of water and maintenance crew who were able to thaw the water main and get it working within three hours of our checkin. Beyond that, I enjoyed the well stocked kitchen where I cooked our meals and getting in the hot tub and sauna was a great treat to combat the cold! I also took a nice soak in the large master bath tub. so much space to spread around. only downside was an important (to my hubby) football game was on that weekend and the only TV in the house is in the 'kid bunkbed' room. He managed to watch the games on his phone. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we get the chance! Thank you to our hosts!

Family meetup in Utah

Southern Utah turned out to be a great place for a family meet up. This house was one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever seen. We spent five nights and wished we had more. We were able to park our Airstream and have a very luxurious break in the wonderful primary bedroom with huge bathroom. The space in this house is very nice. Everything was top-notched and amenities included were more like a nice hotel.

Beautiful home! Highly recommended!

The home is beautiful inside and out with attention to detail to make it a most enjoyable stay. The extra amenities typically not included in most homes were really appreciated. Uber eats was convenient after a busy day. Communication was excellent and check in so easy. Zion Mountain National Park is not far away and a must to see… so stunning. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy what the home has to offer. Highly recommended.
