Idyllic and quiet holiday home with 2 apartments (non-smoking) in a quiet, high-altitude location in the Bavarian Forest with a wonderful view of the Bavarian Forest Mountains. Romantic Ilztal hiking trail within walking distance. Three river city Passau only 18 km away.
CSFR approx. 40 km and Austria approx. 20 km away.
Own large garden ideal for children and dogs to run around with play equipment. Barbecue facilities available.
2 kitchens equipped with fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
2 bathrooms.
TV, WiFi, bed linen and towels available.
Pony rides for children are offered on our own farm (approx. 40 km from Auberg), this can also be wonderfully combined with a nice trip to the great wildlife park or bird park.

Grenzwertig

Wir wurden bei Schlüsselübergabe über Mängel aufmerksam gemacht welche zu Beginn nicht so schlimm waren. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Vor allem in den beiden Küchen Schmutz, Verkrustungen Verklebungen, Spinnweben und schmutziges Geschirr. Da wir nur 3 Tage Urlaub hatten sind wir lieber auswärts essen gegangen anstatt dort zu Kochen ( hat uns angeekelt) An vielen Türen und Schränken waren Ketten mit Vorhängeschlösser, was nicht sehr wohnlich war. Beide TV Geräte könnte man nicht einschalten. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Wie gesagt mit manchen Mängeln hätten wir uns arrangieren können jedoch der Schmutz und Dreck war eine absolute Zumutung. Eine persönliche Endabnahme kam nicht zustande da die Vermieterin nicht gekommen ist. Vermutlich um sich nicht den Reklamationen stellen zu müssen.

Zumutung

Wir wussten das dieses Objekt keinen Luxus und auch Gebrauchsspuren hat. Aber was uns nachher erwartet hat,sprengte jede Vorstellung. Von Sauberkeit konnte keine Rede sein- Dreck, Schimmel und sogar Mäusekot haben wir gesehen. Eine echte Zumutung! Wozu gibt es eine neue Terrasse wenn keiner darauf sitzen darf. Für uns ist Sauberkeit eine Grundvoraussetzung,scheint aber hier nicht der Fall zu sein!!!

Haus mit schöner Fernsicht in ruhiger Lage

Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen, Toben im Garten. Zur häufig angesprochenen Sauberkeit: die Betten/Bad sind sauber, der Boden etc eher nur besenrein. Im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und unkompliziert.

Für Monteure absolut ausreichend - für Familien mit überdurchschnittlichen Erwartungen nix!

Wir waren für ein paar Tage im oben genannten Objekt eingemietet. Im Internet wurde auf einen teilrenovierten Zustand hingewiesen. Letztendlich lassen sich viele Türen (unter anderem die untere Badezimmertür) überhaupt nicht schließen und entweder nicht oder nur mit viel Gewalt abschließen. In der oberen Küche war der Wasserkocher defekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr dürftig. die Mikrowelle unten braucht Ewigkeiten. Die TV-Geräte sind aus der Steinzeit (Asbach Uralte Röhrengeräte mit Scart-Anschluss - Das Bild wird nur teilweise angezeigt. Batterien haben auch gefehlt - Fernbedienung war leer. Wir hatten uns aufgrund von viel Theater einen anderen TV für den Urlaub besorgt, weil wir es auch etwas bequem haben wollten. Die untere Eckbank ins an der vorderen Ecke gerissen. Die Betten waren entweder knüppelhart oder durchgelegen. Im Schlafzimmer EG neben der Küche sind die Matratzen durchgelegen und waren feucht. Wir mussten erst einmal durchheizen. Auch haben wir 6 Eimer Wasser gebraucht, um die Wohnung halbwegs sauber zu bekommen, da alle Bereiche extrem verdreckt waren. Der Weg vom Parkplatz ist nur mit gutem Schuhwerk bei Nässe nutzbar. Wir werden weiterhin in den Bayrischen Wald fahren, aber um dieses Haus einen großen Bogen machen.

Gross und geräumig. Landwirtschaftliches Gebiet, mit entsprechenden Arbeiten ist zu rechnen. Jeder der aufdem Dorf wohnt kennt das. Für andere kann da störend sein

Im Grossen und ganzen Okay

Im Großen und ganzen wars so weit in Ordnung, Küchenausstattung unten ziemlich rar, oben war ok, teilweise in denn schränken etwas klebrig. Trotzd allem ist das Haus echt schön, wiedersehen ist von unserer seite nicht ausgeschlossen. Netter persönlicher Kontakt und sehr zuvorkommend.

Altes Bauernhaus in Grünruhelage

Wir waren nur kleine Gruppe, Haus kann aber auch leicht bis 8 Personen unterbringen. Wie schon bei anderen Bewertungen erwähnt - WC/Badezimmer sind i.O., die Zimmer zweckmässig und halt alte Bausubstanz wo man sich nicht zu viel moderne und edle Überraschungen erwarten sollte. Beide Küchen auch zweckmässig und nicht wirklich für Zubereitung von Speisen geeignet, kein Geschirrspüler und Sauberkeit nur ausreichend

Absolut ungenügend

Defekte Geräte, Schränke die einem Entgegenkommen wenn mabfallendes Treppengeländer ( Unfallgefahr!!!!!), Kaputte Schränke die Regel, Fenster die bei Wind nicht zu bleiben. Von der Sauberkeit muss man nicht reden, die gab es eigentlich nicht. Diese Wohnung ist in einem absolut desolaten Zustand, schade dass man hier keine Bilder reinstellen kann.
