Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very disappointed with the way my early check-in request was handled. My check-in time was 12:00 PM, but since I was traveling from Odisha, I contacted the guest house in advance and requested an early check-in. I was clearly assured that it would not be an issue, so I planned my journey accordingly and reached the property at around 9:30 AM. On arrival, the staff refused the early check-in and did not honor the assurance given earlier. I fully understand that early check-in depends on room availability. However, giving a clear confirmation and then denying it without any explanation is unprofessional and caused unnecessary inconvenience after a long journey. If early check-in cannot be guaranteed, guests should be informed honestly instead of being given false assurances. Clear communication and keeping commitments are essential for good customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to prevent other guests from facing the same experience.
