it’s OK-ish all around. Pretty good for an Ibis Cute-ish room, perfect for a single traveler. Open bathroom concept may be challenging for people sharing. Not much of a closet. The outside could use some cleaning. Friendly staff. Direct access to the beach

This hotel is in a great location , the beach is right out back the staff is great and very welcoming and friendly, the room is clean and comfortable! I like this hotel and think it could be a really gem but the exterior of the building really needs some attention like a new color and paint , the grounds definitely need improvement too !

Absolutely mesmerising. The proximity to the beach, the infinity swimming pool , eating out in a natural beautiful garden.,, also having access to the body treatments such as hammam make this hotel truly stand out. I am in love with it

Location was great and walkable to the main dining options. Parking was free and convenient on the property. Breakfast was €13 and was good variety. The rooms were clean and tidy. However the bathroom/shower situation left little to no privacy. There was just a curtain between the shower and the beds. You have to wear a swim cap in the pool, so we didn’t even get to use it.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Staff was very polite. Just a shame due to Covid the pool was closed, but we were informed personally some days ago as they called us!

Very welcoming staff

Very welcoming staff. Nice location and amenities. Kettle in the room would be nice however I understand Ibis doesn't usually provides one in the room. All staff speak English which was very helpful and the food in the restaurant was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Cadre agréable pour un séjour détente

Bel établissement tout proche de la plage avec terrasse extérieure. Chambres propres et rénovées. Bémol : notre chambre au rez de chaussée avait une salle d'eau ouverte, juste séparée par un rideau. De plus l'entrée de la chambre donne sur un couloir ouvert sur le parking de l'hôtel, façon motel. Les prestations du restaurant de l'hôtel sont moyennes pour le prix. Néanmoins il y a de nombreux autres restaurants un peu plus loin vers le centre de La Capte.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double plus supplément pour avoir une logia avec vue sur le jardin, nous avons été servis d'une chambre avec 2 lits individuels, au rez de chaussée avec pour toute vue le mur du restaurant et un énorme laurier coupant toute vue et obscurcissant la chambre. A la réception rien n'a été fait pour corriger ni le lit double, ni un changement de chambre pour avoir la vue que nous avions pourtant payée le prix fort.

Très bel emplacement, un petit hotel type resort qui mériterait un petit peu plus de propreté des communs (couloirs poussièreux par exemple) et beaucoup plus d'aimabilité par le personnel (réflexions, service lent, pas de sourires...). Egalement : manque de placeds de parking. L'établissement pourrait être extra, mais on ne se sent pas bienvenu du tout, presque on gêne ? Côté prix : très cher pour un Ibis

Un personnel dévoué,

Un peu surpris par les locaux qui ont besoin de rafraichissement. Le personnel est dévoué, 'accueil chaleureux, le ménage bien fait, mais les douches sont vétustes, manque d'éclairage au niveau du lavabo, pour se maquiller pas top.Serviettes et draps propres changés chaque jour. Le rooftop est bien animé par la responsable.
