La Grande Auguière, spacious family villa

The villa is air-conditioned and fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

The spacious and very bright living room is equipped with 2 convertible sofas offering 4 additional beds, as well as a large dining table to enjoy your moments of conviviality with family and friends.
You will have access to a television and a free Wifi connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped with access to the outside (oven, microwave, coffee machine, gas stove, dishwasher, and an American refrigerator).
We can provide a coffee machine, teapot and other kitchen utensils on request (please ask before your stay).

The newly renovated bathroom has an Italian shower, a double sink and a washing machine. The toilets are independent.

Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms:
- A master suite for 2 persons (bed 140 cm) with its own bathroom and an additional toilet. To perfect your comfort this room also has a TV.
- A room with two single beds of 80 cm
- A room with two single beds of 90 cm

Finally, you can enjoy a beautiful outdoor space of 200 m2 facing south, equipped with a beautiful shaded terrace, a large table for friendly meals and a plancha for your grills.
A comfortable garden furniture and two deckchairs will allow you to bask in the sun.

You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the price of the stay.

However, these services can be added to your rental on request at the rate of :
- 13€ per single set / 24€ per double set
- 7€ per kit of 2 towels
