We found ourselves on an unusual mezzanine floor between the second and third levels, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of suitcases we had due to our canceled flight. Navigating the stairs with all our luggage was challenging, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we checked in. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel's staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and, even though it was a last-minute booking, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for families. The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and even providing breakfast at 4:30 AM to ensure we could catch our rescheduled flight. Their dedication and kindness truly made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and family-friendly accommodations.

Too expensive for the quality and the service you receive. The ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were also superb. However we were disappointed with the rest. Don’t fool yourself by the pictures. Starting from the pool area: the pool is small, all sunshades are broken and shabby. Sadly the pool bar closes at 20:30 - the time where you would want to sit outside and have a drink and a few snacks.The breakfast gives you a wide variety but the quality and taste of the food is average. The rooms however are really nice. Sadly we didn’t have a pool view. Only a few meters away you have the beach. An approx 15min walk to the city centre. I would not spend the money for 7 nights again…

1. Das Wetter war für Ende Februar wirklich atemberaubend schön. Ibiza ist wirklich super in der Vorsaison! Sieben Tage jeden Tag blauer Himmel und Sonnenschein bei 16 - 19°C und bei 8 - 11 Sonnenstunden jeden Tag. 2. Die Dachterrasse mit Infinity-Pool ist nach Norden, Osten und Süden ausgerichtet und man kann problemlos dort von Sonnenauf- bis Sonnenuntergang den ganzen Tag verbringen, sich sonnen, ein Buch lesen oder Musik hören. 3. Das Personal ist einfach Weltspitze. Fragen werden stets mit "Perfect, Sir!" beantwortet :-) 4. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet kontinentale und leichte mediterrane Kosten. Die Schokotaschen und der Apfelkuchen sind ein Traum. Es gibt in der Nähe auch einen Bäcker, der das bei deutschen Touristen beliebte Schwarzbrot verkauft. Nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. 5. Man hat von der Dachterrasse einen phänomenalen Blick auf die Bucht und die Einflugschneise vom Airport IBZ. Hier sieht man die Jets mit den internationalen Stars im Endendflug. Nachts ist es ruhig. Zur Wahrung der Nachtruhe für Urlauber und Einheimische gilt ein Nachtflugverbot über der Stadt. 6. Tipp: Sehen Sie sich unbedingt das Museum für Archäologie von Ibiza und Formentera an. Es ist keine 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, direkt oberhalb auf dem Hügel, auf dem das Hotel steht. 7. Ibiza-Stadt hat für jeden Geldbeutel etwas im Angebot. Von Kebab bis Hummer, von ALDI, Lidl & Co. bis zu allen möglichen Luxusartikeln. 8. Die Stadt ist sehr sicher, freundlich und weltoffen. 9. Top-Hotel. Gerne wieder!
