Holiday Home 'Belle Familiale' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located on Île-aux-Moines, this recently renovated 300 m² holiday home welcomes up to 15 guests in 9 bedrooms and offers five bathrooms. You have two fully equipped private kitchens, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a high chair, and three baby cots for your comfort.



Enjoy a 4,500 m² garden with sea view. A barbecue is at your disposal for outdoor meals, as well as a ping-pong table, a badminton net, and two four-person canoes for your leisure. The house is very bright thanks to large windows and benefits from generous sunlight throughout the day.



You will appreciate the absolute tranquility, punctuated only by the sounds of nature and the murmur of the waves. This house combines comfort with the charm of the old, featuring carefully chosen materials and refined decoration. Final cleaning is mandatory for an extra fee and does not include cleaning the barbecue, putting away clean dishes, or repositioning furniture.



A security deposit is required upon arrival. Bed linen and towel rental is available for an extra fee (please request when booking).



Rigid inflatable boat rentals are offered at Port Blanc.



Events are not allowed and quiet hours must be respected from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
