Um quarto muito bom, só o ar que eu achei mais antigo e o botão saia rsss. Mas muito limpo e nos acomodou muitíssimo bem, o café muito bom, diversidade nas comidas e tudo de muita qualidade. A recepcionista é extremamente atenciosa e muito solicita, eu amei os gatinhos que tem na pousada. Super indico e voltarei com certeza. Perto da praia e não precisava sair com o carro, isso facilita muito.

O café da manaha era muito bom e com bastante variedade, funcionarios receptivos e educados. Hospedagem bem próximo a praia do curral e do Julião que é uma das melhores de ilhabela na minha opinião. Bem próximo também a cachoeira do paqueta que é linda vale a visita. Estacionamento era na rua no recuo da calçada, não tinha um estacionamento fechado e tinha uma certa dificuldade de fazer manobras, pois o espaço da rua era curto e a rua era sem saida. No quarto havia uma cama era embaixo da escada, então por qualquer descuido batia a cabeça na escada, se sentasse na cama bateria a cabeça. A parte de cima tinha duas camas porém um lado era mais baixo que o outro, não dava para ficar em pé sem bater a cabeça no teto, não gostei disso também, não tinha como andar na parte de cima sem se abaixar. Em resumo, localização boa, café bom, funcionário ótimos, estacionamento ruim e quarto ruim pelo que citei a cima.

Gostei.. as meninas da pousada são bem simpáticas principalmente a do café café mais que aprovado várias variações só não tinha tapioca de resto tinha tudo.. O quarto tivemos um problema que foi ajustado em seguida pelo meu marido e o Dono da pousada. Ronaldo O banheiro não tinha box a toalha que fica no chão fica ensopada Está tendo bastante barulho pois estão construindo bem ao lado da pousada mas coisa que não nos atrapalhou Tive que pedi na recepção um secador emprestado que graças a Deus tinham pra me empresta mas só pega se fica com ele em uma posição Voltaria e indico 👏 Da pra ir a pé para a praia do cural e fomos aos para a cachoeira do Veloso(não indico) trila longa

Precisa melhorar

Pontos negativos: O atendimento da recepcionista foi muito grosseiro, o atendimento no geral foi bem ruim. Eles cobram para poder usar toalhas na piscina do hotel, nunca tinha visto isso. O hotel é cheio de teias de aranha e água parada, falta manutenção e mais cuidado com as áreas comuns. Pontos positivos: o café da manhã estava gostoso, a praia mais proxima (praia do curral) é uma ótima praia, a piscina tbm é bem agradável. No geral: não sei se voltaria.
