Are you looking for an idyllic retreat to relax and enjoy? Under the motto Cel i Sol, there will be plenty of space and time for this at this location! Spread out over 7,000 m² of land and relax undisturbed, for example in the cosy lounge or at the dining table in the shady covered terrace area right next to the house. Perhaps you are drawn to the pool area on one of the comfortable loungers or to the edge of the pool, where you can dangle your legs in the cool water. Perhaps the rooster crows in the neighbourhood and spreads an additional rural atmosphere in the morning. The agricultural soundscape will also emphasise the Mallorcan idyll. A small highlight of this finca with the beautiful driveway is the balcony, from which you can gaze even more sublimely into the distance - a perfect sundowner spot!
When you enter the farmhouse, you may be enchanted here and there. The loving details in the form of selected pieces of furniture and decoration invite you to linger and look around, giving the rooms an absolutely individual and invitingly stylish atmosphere in which you can immediately feel at home. It seems as if every single piece here has been carefully selected and placed to harmonise with the rest of the interior design. Through the wide entrance door you immediately enter the spacious dining room, where you can also dine together indoors and when it is a little cooler, the fireplace conjures up additional warmth and cosiness. On one side, the kitchen is accessible from here, fully equipped with everything you need for independent self-catering days. On the other side, there is a sofa around the corner for watching TV, reading a book or having a nice chat. There is also a small bathroom on this level. Three extremely elegant double bedrooms await those seeking peace and quiet on the upper floor. Two daylight bathrooms, one of which is en suite, round off the living comfort of this holiday home on Mallorca, which we recommend not only because of its personal and pleasant charm. In the triangle between Inca, Llubí and Costitx, in a wonderfully quiet location, lies the farmhouse Cel i Sol and its Mallorcan name refers to two essential characteristics that you should experience in this house, namely: sun and sky. Should you ever want to leave your holiday home to go shopping, you have the choice between two neighbouring villages. The nearest beach is in the kilometre-long bay of Alcúdia. As the country road leads to the farmhouse, we recommend a hire car.
